Our group training classes offer the best of both worlds - programming and community. Progressions are designed to include all fitness levels and offer challenging workouts that create positive results for the member: to move naturally, function properly and perform better at everyday life.
Group training times are offered 6 days a week at a variety of times to accommodate nearly any busy schedule. Classes are limited to 15 people or less so that each member gets proper instruction and coaching throughout the workout. We believe smaller classes help decrease risk of injury and create an inviting community of members working together to reach a common goal.
Each workout consists of a primer, strength component, metabolic conditioning and auxiliary exercises.
Primers do just that. Warm ups include a variety of flexibility, mobility and CNS activation to ensure that our members are prepared for the workout ahead.
Strength cycles progress systematically through multiple phases and are movement specific. This means that members will be able to see the results of the program from beginning to end as they are set up to succeed with every workout.
Metabolic conditioning, or METCON, is geared towards increasing endurance and stamina. This is the part of the workout where we turn the music up, get moving and reap all the benefits.
Auxiliary exercises are the main component of the cool down. These exercises help train specific muscles that improve overall performance and movement patterns, such as core training.
